Our personal training facilities are located within our partner gym, Ascent Fitness, located just off of I-25 on Evans St. Perfectly located for easy access during your morning or evening commute.

Our state of the art studio gym provides you with facilities that rival some of the most exclusive health clubs in Denver while maintaining a private studio ambiance that reflects the personal attention we provide to each and every one of our clients. This includes private changing areas with locked storage pins for your personal belongings, showering facilities, state of the art workout and classroom studio space as well as our expansive cardio, nautilus and free weight gym.
