    Are you ready to stop planning and start doing? Do you want to get fit, but just don’t know where to start? It’s time to make your fitness goals happen!

    We start with a free one-on-one consultation. During this consultation, we assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, determine your body composition, and take you through a sample personal training session.

    Based on your initial consultation, we develop a specialized fitness and nutrition plan to empower you to meet your goals.

    Most importantly we will:

    • Listen to you. Together, we will set goals based on your individual needs.
    • Work closely with you to integrate exercise and nutrition into your lifestyle.
    • Design a custom performance exercise program incorporating all variables from your evaluation.
    • Work with and consult your network of health professionals (if needed) to ensure safe and seamless integration of exercise into your lifestyle.
    • Provide motivation and mentoring that goes beyond just exercise.

    60 Minute Sessions

    • 1 Individual Session $75
    • 10 Session Package $650 (Save $100!)
    • 20 Session Package $1100 (Save $400!)

    30 Minute Sessions

    • 1 Individual Session $45
    • 10 Session Package $400 (Save $50!)

    • Buddy Session (2 people): $45 per person
